I was just listening to the soundtrack again and honestly the way Joy interprets those ballads would just be perfect for the role. Sometimes I worry I am just shouting into the void but then I check the notifications and realize how many of you genuinely see this vision too.

I was just looking at the count and we are hovering right near that big one thousand mark which feels totally surreal. If everyone could just grab a link and drop it somewhere new really quickly maybe we can finally push this over the edge before I lose my mind thinking about Joy in that role.

Saw Joy with her fire pit band, and she was phenomenal!! Definitely needs to be on Broadway, and I will be there to support her!
I saw this broadway show last year in London. Pleeeeease Sara Bareilles cast this GREAT artist. You won’t be disappointed. And it will combine 2 of my favourite things in the world : joy’s incredible voice/acting and the OUTSTANDING Waitress soundtrack/lyrics.
I’ve loved Bethany Joy since she starred in One Tree Hill and she has only grown in talent since then! I’ll watch Waitress if she stars in it!
I live in Australia and can’t travel overseas at the moment, but would love to return to New York when that is possible and see Joy in Waitress on Broadway... how amazing
I’ve seen Waitress twice on Broadway and it is still one of my favorite shows. The ONLY actress that will make me go a third time is Joy!

Joy would be Amazing in this role!! When I saw the poster someone created my heart skipped bc I thought it was real for a second and I was ecstatic!! I’ve seen waitress 11 times, I think, and this is definitely the perfect role for Joy!!
