I would like to see more accountability and transparency in the work of the SPCA. I have phoned them on numerous occasions and was never helped. I was attacked by dogs in my own yard and when reported it was communicated to me that they can do nothing about that.

The SPCA is suppose to be for the protection and rehabilitation of animals. Please do what you are appointed to do with the humanity that is requested from all of us. Animals are helpless beings that cannot stand up and speak for themselves.
