SPCA don't worry about anything
Contact them several times to help a small doggy from thats been abused for months now and I believe he died a week ago, withour see anybody to help us out.
They worse than our municipality!!!!!!
Only there to collect money

Petition for Improved Governance, Accountability, and Animal Welfare at the Bloemfontein SPCA. We therefore call upon the relevant leadership,
NSPCA, and governing bodies, to review these concerns and implement meaningful reforms.
We, the public, request a meeting with management and inspectorate of the Bloemfontein SPCA, and NSPCA representatives. We feel this would be a step in the right direction to sort out issues.
