I believe Joey should have contacted allena in regards of the situation. The way he handled it was completely unfair to her and she's a really hard worker with good energy for our team as a whole

It was highly unfair for Fieldworks LLC to take such dramatic steps and not even let their employee in question to explain their situation. Fieldworks is usually a great company to work with. It’s off setting they fired her for her one mistake, when NONE of her leaders were responding. She did nothing wrong but try to get signatures for Fieldworks. Exactly what fieldworks want. Maybe fire the ppl who smoked weed outside our office door, or fire the day drinkers who drink on the job.
