For over ten years, Creative Management has managed the Newcastle at Town Plaza Condominiums (or heareafter known as "condos"). During their regime, assessment fees have gone up with no end in sight. This is no longer acceptable.
This petition calls for a three point plan of change:
1. Assessment fees at "condos" is to be frozen at its current rate for two years, or until 7/9/2016.
2. The current board members must request a five year audit of the Management Companies books, as they pertain to managing the "condos". This five year audit shall be done by an outside accounting office not currently associated in any way with Creative Management. Upon receiving the audit results, a printed copy is to be mailed to each homeowner, along with any comments the accounting company wishes to add.
3. The current board of directors shall seek at least three bids to manage "condos" from other managment companies NOT ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY with Creative Management. Upon receiving these bids, the board of directors is to hire a new managing company to manage "condos".
