Did you know that if you want to get your Vitamin D leval checked at your Dr.'s, it is no longer allowed as of March 1! Even though my last test showed I was deficient, even according to their low standard/norm! The reason? It is costing millions to test! Really?

I started taking 4000IU of Vitamin D3 daily only after being diagnosed with bladder cancer. An article out of the UK suggests that bladder cancer is as a result of a vitamin D deficiency. I don't know if I was deficient prior to this diagnoses as our health care system doesn't pay for this test. If I had of known then what I know now I would have gladly paid the $33.00 annually to have had my D level checked.
