I started taking 6,000 IU/day a little over a month ago and I notice the improvement in so many things already. Mostly I have energy again. No naps! I'm up and out and walking, getting daily exercise. I'm losing weight and I'm in a good most of the time which is a huge improvement from before taking this higher dose of Vitamin D3. It's true I can only get them in 1,000 IU caplets but hey, so I just pop six of those babies at a time! Nothing would make me stop taking the Vitamin D3 at this point because the difference is that noticeable to me!

Absolutely Canadians should have access to a higher dose of Vitamin D as 1,000 isn't enough!! For this reason alone is why I buy them when I cross the boarder, Please help with giving us Canadians the recommend dose!

I have been taking 5,000 IU of Vit D since January and it has helped me have less colds this winter. Will continue this practice but would prefer to be able to take 1 tablet rather than 5!
