My Wife and I have been using 30,000 IUs per day for the past 3-4 years. Our Health is so much better at the age of 63. Have'nt used a prescription in 6 years.Health Canada is so backwards in their thinking or are they? Keep the population sick by scaring them away from significant answers provided in the use of Vitamin D3. I can purchase 10,000 IU D3 caps in the US, but here in Canada its illegal to sell over a 1000 IUs. Time to take charge of our own bodies and health care and not rely on dangerous meds being pushed by our health care system in favor of big Pharma.....
