Dermatologists and Doctors are creating the fear of SUN exposure, when it could very well be them who are the culprits in a false dycotomy when it comes to truth regarding high supplementaion of Vitamin D-3. Canada certainly has to get with the program when the highest legal dose is 1,000 IU per day, which is absolutely ridiculous and absurd to say the least especially with all of the scientific research and findings out there..

Please re-evaluate the amount of Vitamin D3 needed for good health, as your former calculations were 10X too low. Please correct this error.

We could save MILLIONS in health-care costs if we only took a higher dosage of Vitamin D daily.

Accurate information is vital, whether it is a list of ingredients, GMO's pesticides, herbicides, RoundUp etc, or what our bodies need.

In 2011, I increased my vit.d3 from 1-2 drops daily (1000 IU/drop) to 3-4drops daily. Within 4 months my test levels went from 46 ng/ml to 105ng/ml. Make you have your vit.D3 tested minimum 1-2 per year and try to stay in the 50 - 60 ng/ml range.
