I have been concerned about low vitamin D status in Canadians for many years. I am particularly concerned that low vitamin D status in the far north may be seriously affecting wellbeing and implicated in high suicide rates.

lived in mexico for a year..and when came back to Mackenzie BC...my nails started to break and i lost a lot of hair...
