As a Canadian living in Northern Ontario, I know that we are not getting enough Vitamin D and I would like the correct dosage for optimum health.

I take two types of Vitamin D, one prescribed, as I have kidney disease and kidney failure. This is important to me.

I can buy 1000 ie units and take two tablets. Increased is the only net result. I must be a way to create sick people that need more pharmaceuticals. Or if you die young we control population growth.
