Vitamin D3 is an essential nutrient for preventing a host of diseases including cancer and MS. The Canadian health system could save a ton of money by radically increasing the daily vitamin D3 intake for all citizens.

Read the research, please stop being prejudiced, your current advice is killing people! The current advice of 600 IU of vit D is out by a factor of ten - look at Nutrients 2014, 6(10), 4472-4475; doi:10.3390/nu6104472

Vitamin D levels need to be in the normal range in a 25 hydroxy D test, so dosage should be dependant on what one needs to obtain these ever so important levels.

We all need sun for the all important Vitamin D. The spraying of fake clouds, and the overuse of sunblock, and skin cancer propaganda, are causing a health epidemic around the world.

Please do the responsible thing and recheck your daily vitamin D recommendation calculation to see if it is correct. Isn't that a fitting response to people's concerns that a mistake was made?
