I have read that an accurate measurement for each person is 35 iu's per pound of body weight. eg. I weigh 90 lbs and I take 35x90=4950 iu's per day I therefore take 5000 ius every day, rounding it off. I am confident that what I have just displayed is accurate. Just remember (your weight in lbs. x35)!Good Luck!!
