I about vitamin D and RDA being WAY too low back in 2009 from St.Helena Medical Director Dr. Hodgkin. As part of a smoking cessation program, our vitamin D levels were tested, and i have been taking 5,000mg daiky since then with no fear of toxcicity

I am an orthopedic surgeon with McMaster and deal with a great deal of osteopenia. For years I have made a bad joke that Tim Horton's should put some D in their coffee to help deal with the plague of illness in North Hamilton - or at least offer it as a small-cost add, like a flavor shot!!!
