I have been at 7000 iu daily for two years and get enough sun to have a light tan year round and my latest score was 46 ng. I am going back to 10000 iu / daily. Your recommendations are dangerous. These are people's lives you are dealing with!

The GrassRootsHealth serum chart would indicate the 20ng/ml is the lowest one should allow and not the end point of 40ng/ml or higher. All evidence would support taking 5000 IU perday or more. Why is there such resistance to this benefit?

Good morning -- since I have been taking 5,000 IU of Vitamin D, any illnesses that I have had have been no longer than a day at the most. Before I started the increased levels, I was ill for several days. My doctor recommended the increased levels of this vitamin.

I have used a month supply of these vitamins and I have never felt better when I ran out I noticed the difference right away. How do I get more I live in Vancouver?
