I'm 62 years old & I never listened to the sun scare stuff plus I take D suppliments in the winter . I never wore a shirt all summer in the sun all my life . And i'm very healthy & in tip top shape . No alergies or nothing .

As a person with MS, I know vitamin D is a huge problem to maintain . Something needs to be done to make sure people are received the correct amounts to keep themselves healthy and disease free.

Wow, who would have guessed? The government needs to change many things! One would be not having to pay to have Vitamin D blood tests!
