My husband and I live in BC, and we take WAY more than the RDA each day. We cannot survive without it!

I have been taking 5000 iu/d of vitamin d for 4 years as recommendedby grassroots vitamin research. Please don't continue these ridiculous low limits in Canda!

This change is necessary in Canada and for the better health of all.Please change our dose of vitamin D like the Americans please.

i take between 2000 to3000iu vitamin a day and i am able to avoid colds and flues

i can not say enough about Pure North Program, I am so blessed to still be on it. So many people who really need this program have been cut that should be on it, but due to Government cuts they have been cut from this amazing program. I attribute being on the Pure North Program to working through my depression, which is horrible in the winter, I am not at my family Dr. As much and therefore not a constant drain on the Health Care System.

So many people who really need this program have been cut that should be on it, but due to Government cuts they have been cut from this amazing program. I attribute being on the Pure North Program to working through my depression, which is horrible in the winter, I am not at my family Dr. As much and therefore not a constant drain on the Health Care System.
