Petition For Guidelines Regarding Visitation Of Residents In Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities

As someone who works in a facility with our elders, I see first ha d what it has done to their mental and physical health. It is absolutely heartbreaking to hear my clients talk about how much they miss their loved ones.

Let’s them see their loved ones!!!! Come on!!!! That’s not right!!!

My husbands grandmother recently passed and we cound not visit during her last days due to restrictions.

My grandmother is 100 years old. I am her only family in town and have not been able to see her since the nursing homes were shut down from Covid. I don't understand why workers are allowed to go out and live their lives and then come back into the nursing homes yet family who would be more cautious around them are not allowed to visit.

My Aunt just passed and my cousin hadn't seen her in person since March
