Petition for formal investigation of Officer Marc Lofton, Statham, GA Police Department

I have paid at least 6 fines for nothing in the last year , one for blowing the horn, I can't avoid Statham I live here, but might not much longer, something needs to be done about the Statham police dept. they have took over !! David Slayton

One of my first, if not the first post that I posted was for you to be able to express your opinion. Then I get attacked personally by you, who I don't even know. Then I get my name slandered with lies from Mrs. Matthews who has serious mental health issues. Because my opinion of the situation differed from yours/hers I get ruthlessly bombarded with insults that are not even true. It was so childish that I could almost not believe my eyes. Of course you'd have something negative to say about a police officer. Hell, if I broke the law, I'd hate cops too. Looks like Erin Elizabeth Jackson was arrested for forging a doctors signitire at a Buford pain clinic, felony. Who took care of your son while you were locked up druggy? Seriously?!?! Druggys opinons of police officers don't count in my book. Marc Lofton is an outstanding officer!!!

Erin Matthews, Thank you for making your libelous comments so readily available. That will come in handy for the lawsuit against you personally. Again, Libel is a false written claim made with the intent to harm another person's character. You publically stated that EVERYONE signing the petition in favor of Marc Lofton's has "see the inside of a jail cell." That is FACTUALLY untrue. A good many of the others were FASLELY arrested by Lofton, well into their 40s, 50s and 60s having never been in any kind of trouble previously. Your friend, Candace Maddox, wife of GBI agent Jesse Maddox, is putting you in a very dangerous legal position. Again, you are not welcome to post here. Do not contact this page again.

I actually owned that doctors office and if you did your research you would know that there is no felony on my record due to I was found not guilty, so again you have no clue what you are talking about but you will here from my attorney Erin Matthews, you have crossed the line and have slandered my name in so many ways, and I don't hate cops, you show me one time that I have ever even voiced my opinion, so this discussion is over and my attorneys will be in contact with you, do not say my name again on this page

I'm going to go ahead and help you out with this one Candace. Do be sure to get that video. 1. All of her charges were DISMISSED. 2. All of her husband's charges were DISMISSED. 3. Marc Lofton commits the crime of FALSE SWEARING throughout his report. The charges were dropped because there were never any drugs, and because Chief Johnston knew that Lofton would be committing the felony of PERJURY if he had testified in court. He claims that she drove over the shadow line, but no shadow line even exists on that part of the road. She later proves that he lied about her speeding (one of MANY reasons all charges were dismissed). Lofton arrests her husband for obstruction, however her husband was WALKING AWAY when Lofton decided to tase him. Loftin fell on his butt, then had a temper tantrum and tased an old man 3 times because he called Lofton a d*ck when he was walking away. he claims she refuses to take a blood test, yet the video proves that never happened, He is a BLATANT LIAR. The truth is not in him.The previous year, Lofton broke her wrist during another false arrest. Yep..this is a gooood one. None of these details was a "mistake." Each of these details was material to the charge and calculated to conjure a false charge. That's what he does..and that will be his undoing.
