This is a petition to aquire an independent forensic audit for the HOA of Maidstone Landing, Jamesport New York 11947. This audit is requested due to the discrepancy in spending and the excessive assessments imposed on the residents,some of which are given for questionable repairs and cosmetic purposes.This audit is requested due to the lack of transparency and itemized entries on our financial statements.
