As Winter draws in, a walk in the local park can become hazardous for many different reasons. Adding a proper lighting system, solar powered to save on costs, and on a timer to allow the plant and animal life to relax, sleep, forage or recharge would be of great benefit. I AM ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY BY THE OVERWHELMING ENERGY BEHIND THIS CAMPAIGN!! SEEING SO MANY PEOPLE DEMAND SAFER PARKS FOR OUR WINTER EVENINGS IS INCREDIBLE AND COMPLETELY SURREAL.

Fantastic idea. But should already be in place. This is basics the council should be providing in public parks. Shame on them.
YES. About time someone brought this up. Feel like I can never use the park after 4pm.
Fix the lights already. Can barely see my dog let alone where im walking
Solar sounds like a winner. Save the planet and stop us from tripping over in the dark.
Walking home from the station is brutal in winter. Pitch black and honestly pretty intimidating.
It would be a great idea for lights in the valley park
