PETITION IN SUPPORT OF CAROLINE PARKER'S L1 (B) AMENDMENTS TO THE RACIAL COMMISSION

I wholeheartedly support Caroline Parker‘s proposed amendment. The radical liberal policies currently under consideration would make Charleston a far more dangerous and less desirable place to live.

I fully support Caroline Parker’s Amendments found in L1(B) on pages 46-49in Ordinance L1.

I applaud Parker's effort to create amendments that will cut off a lot of problems before they occur.

Why would the powers in this city try to change the preservation that has made this city a national treasure? Tourists come here because of the history, good or bad. And now you want to kill the Golden Goose?

I am supporting CM Parker’s amendments for establishing a commission. I do not support the original commissions work.

Equality for all races, not for just one race over another.

The L1(A) amendments are not specific enough and include efforts that will ultimately harm and possibly alienate much of our citizenry. Unlike many cities in the U.S., most people in Charleston respect each other and want equality for all. We want to judge others by who they are and what they have accomplished not their eye or skin color.

If (A) passes then our school system will be destroyed, as it has been in every district where CRT is in place. If you want to live in Loudon County, then move there.
