Orchard end surgery have looked after our family brilliantly since we have been in Cranbrook, over 20+ years. They deserve your support and be allowed an equal opportunity to expand their vital services and the space to do it.

As a patient of Orchard End Surgery, we need to be included within any changes to the healthcare provided within Cranbrook, it's unfair to be disregarded without consultation. A decision needs to be suspended at this time for all parties to be included.

The Crane Surgery closed in 2024 and this has put a huge burden on the two remaining surgeries. For patients it has meant considerably longer waiting times for appointments. I was previously with Crane surgery but was fortunate to be accepted at Orchard End surgery. The struggle for space but apparently have been refused permission to extend their premises. The surgery does an excellent job but it is essential that it is offered the opportunity to expand if necessary (as The Old School surgery has). Cranbrook continues to grow and needs two fully functioning surgeries so that the community retains the right to a realistic choice. Both the remaining surgeries should be treated equally.

Orchard End provide an excellent service. They should be allowed to continue to do so and to be consulted about changes in the local community
