Petition for deportation of the self-confessed and convicted killer, Nur Chowdhury, to Bangladesh

We appeal to the world to assist us, for a very long awaited justice to be served, for the deportation of all the convicted criminals that involved in our nation's father's death. If we have forgotten or are not aware, Noor Chowdhury is one of the six convicted fugitive killers of our nation’s father "Bangbandhu", he is a self-confessed assassin and has been convicted under our law for his active participation in killing of "Bangabandhu along with most of his family members"; not to mention he was one of the accused who himself shot "Bangabandhu" dead. Due to "Indemnity Ordinance" originated by Khondokar Mushtaq, one of the key plotters of "Bangabandhu’s" death and due to the legalization of such ordinance by Major Zia when he became the president of country illegally by imposing martial law across the country – the trial of "Bangabandhu's" death had never taken place for the next 26 years. In the year 2009, the highest court of the country Honourable Supreme Court had reconfirmed the decision made by High Court earlier of the death penalty of the 12 men accused, including the six fugitive assassins, for killing the Father of the Nation along with most family members on August 15, 1975. Among the six convicted fugitive assassins, only two of them have been traced by the government as of now but the remaining other four’s whereabouts remain unknown. As far as the government is concerned, Noor Chowdhury is currently residing in Canada, and Khondokar Rashed is in the USA. According to the judgement, while Aziz Mia died in Zimbabwe in 2001, the other five convicts were executed in 2010. But, sadly, the other convicted six fugitive assassins have yet to be brought back to country for the due execution of death penalty. This is question of all of us now "Will the Governments of Canada and the US assist us return these convicted assassin so that justice can be served?

Nur Chowdhury is a self-confessed murderer of our father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family. Like all Bangladeshi we want justice and punishment of this brutal killer and murderer. Government of Canada should deport Nur Chowdhury to Bangladesh.
