Final supporters
Under the direction of Laurie McCarthy Reign won a Peoples Choice award to losing half its viewership within one year of the the shows airing. Major lack of decline in viewership in such a short amount of time is a direct result of Ms. McCarthy's poor choices as show runner. including and not limited to; Lack of continuity, respect of audience, creative direction and of storylines, rich character development, implementing an ensembled cast, executing sensitive subject matter in the best of its ability, and learning from past mistakes.

-If you would like to trust the creative direction of the show
-If you would like to feel respected by the show's showrunner
-If you would like to see your characters developed to the best of their ability
-if you would like to see better constructed continuity between episodes
-if you would like to see better storylines implemented that take advantage of the political drama of the French court of the times
-If you would like the lead character to be sympathetic, rich, dynamic,and understandable
-If you would like storylines written for characters and not characters bended to execute story lines
-If you would like the primary "Feminist" structure of the show to return to elevate the women characters from just being plot devices and love interest for men
-If you would like to see secondary characters integrated organically to the storyline
-If you would like to stop watching Francis be miserable, Mary be downgraded, Bash to be unexposed, Catherine underutilized, and the ladies take on stories that do not depend solely on a love interest or using their sexuality.
-If you would like something that is enjoyable but also respects the historical characters and context of this time
-If you would like to stop being played as a fool.

Laurie Mccarthy's sadistic writing is making a mockery of these people in history. They are being portrayed as idiots who can't do anything right. These talented actors are wasting their skills on this ridiculous rubbish.
This show has cheapened actual historical drama and beauty that it had potential to be and replaced it with rape culture and misogyny hid under storylines all about girls who constantly need to be thrown into love triangles in order to have an actual storyline. Fire the showrunner or cancel the show
i think u basically have the support of our entire Human Rights class. we were appalled when episode 9 of season 2 aired and disgusted when this producer decided to create a love triangle from the rape. fully in support.
If this means better storylines for the queen Catherine I'm all in. And francis used to be such a dynamic character. Now he's just miserable. this show either needs to be cancelled soon or get a new show runner.
Totally Agree! Mary's character is so unstable lately. If she was developing in the 1st season, she's clearly stuck now with no reasons. All you get from watching is her being stupidly ignorant to other people and Francis ( and there is absolutely no reason to it as he's obviously doing his best).
We need a new petition! I don't understand why Francis has been removed from the cast, well I understand but it doesn't make any sense. We the viewers, which keep the show on television, fell in love with Francis and Mary's love. Now there is so much fictional stuff added to the storyline why did we need Francis to die? Actually, Francis and Mary's love became the main character, so why not continue on that path. Many of us didn't know anything about the history and could care less, it was a great show. I suggest they bring Francis back because I don't believe it will make it to Mary's death. The purpose of his death was to follow history but it doesn't matter if the show is cancelled before you get to the end of Mary's life. Honestly, I believe that their love became the main character. The show had so much potential, was different from many other teen series, but instead of using the different (historical) setting originally, they definitely went Gossip Girl with never ending relationship drama in Season 2. It's a shame, really.
