I also have big time complaints about my two year relationship with poa . Rude yes..threatening lawyer rude yes.
.spying on me taking cash
Payment and re billing me for it.. threatening me for late payments when I was locked down in April thru July ..due to.pandemic and no.planes home to usa..
And on and on
They arecorript nazis with a Gestapo plan for crestone. Thrybruinedc.my vision fromy little piece of land and they co ti ue to reap karma that will put all them.in the hell realm. .the more young people who get lbs come to the meeting gs and face them.down .
There us hope.bit without support the old creepy people here will now to the future police station. Gated community. More and more taxes from.poa and Gestapo techniques of neighbors reporting neighbors.i am returning to Canada .this is a terrible lawless place for the rich

What I actually support is the dissolution of the POA, but this is appropriate as an interim step.

After three days of mitigation during which time I was sleeping in my vehicle parked at my property in Chalet I, I found myself having to convince a Sheriff that I had a right to be on my own property as he was informed by someone that I was in violation of the POA for being there. They definitely need to remember that the POA is an Association made up of the Property Owners and does not own our property...

And no member shall use the POA as a weapon against a neighbor they personally hate. The POA should NOT be a weapon of hate.
