On behalf of my fellow Ukrainian citizens, who unfortunatly was born and was going to medical school in Crimea, I ask to please consider to remove these discriminating regulation, as I strongly believe that is the country of the equal opportunities for all, the political discrimination such as this should not exist and be practiced, impending someones rights and opportunities.

Totally support this petition. These doctors are trying to leave the occupied territory so they obviously are not supporting Russian ocupation of Crimea. They should not be prosecuted!

I am a victim of the political events despite the fact that I am legally live in the United States (I have a green card). I want to apply my knowledge in the United States and have the same rights as medical doctors from other countries.
