On November 5th 2015 it was brought to my attention that my name Anthony DiTonno candidate for Musselshell County Sheriff was rotated in three separate places within one individual precinct. According to the affidavits attached as exhibit A. my name was in the first position, second position and third position all in the same precinct namely precinct five of Musselshell County.

Since that time I have written to and contacted Jane Mange County Clerk and recorder, Kent Sipes County Attorney and countless others to obtain an explanation of how this could be possible. See exhibits B&C.

In my endeavor to seek a logical explanation I contacted companies who make and sell the type of voting machines we use in Musselshell County. My findings where that the only way this could happen would be if the ballots from several precincts were mixed up. I was also informed that the machines are calibrated to read only one position for any individual name therefor making it impossible to provide an accurate count of which candidate actually received the true count without physically counting each ballot by hand.

Based on the sworn affidavits provided in exhibit A, Ihereby request the Courts to order a review of these ballots from precinct five. Should said ballots prove that there was a mix up in the ballots from precinct to precinct, then I request that the official count provided by the County Clerk of Musselshell County to the Secretary of State of Montana be nullified and a new count be physically completed to provide the only correct and accurate votes for each and every candidate. The precinct five counter cannot legitimately count ballots from precincts outside of precinct five.
