Weeds everywhere!

When you compare what we are paying to the level of service we are receiving, they are on completely opposite ends of the spectrum. Both the common areas and our private lots are poorly maintained. The lawns are mowed unevenly and there are weeds everywhere. Our lawns and the grass in the common areas are being destroyed by them.

Weeds in lawn, weeds in plant beds, weeds in driveway pavers. Not enough mulching either.

Our lawn is constantly overgrown, and if/when they cut the lawn, it is done poorly and unevenly.

Sorry to say my yard looks horrible , I have been treating my own fungus ,fertilizing my own lawn , picking up all my own lawn debris . My house in Sunrise was better kept up and I was the one mowing my lane .

We are unhappy with the job the current company is providing. Our backyard is fully overgrown with weeds.

My lawn is always cut unevenly and from day one I have had dead patches of grass that Lennar refused to fix.

Completely disappointing and sales people are still misleading new home owners with false claims of including landscaping.

Common area maintenance was very poorly done. Weeds are growing high and healthy.

Landscaping services are not being executed commensurate with expected service levels and fees paid. Consequently, yards have a weed to grass ratio of approximately 4:1, as well as thriving fire ant colonies.

Dixie is not providing the services required to maintain this community properly and are/will cause irreparable long-term damage to the community.

The service is a disgrace. Our properties are being neglected. Plants, grass and trees are diseased and dying.

Quit ignoring “Do not trim” signs. Weed in original plant beds.

Dixie is Terrible! CPM was just Horrible. It seems like Lennar just hires the worst contractors possible.

Dixie is not providing services in accordance with our contract with them. We are paying money for services that we are not receiving, and the services that we are receiving are subpar. Lennar continually allows landscaping to be an issue in our community, and continually pays vendors for non-performance.

The community does not have a clean landscaping look. Maybe it is because they constantly skip services.
