So he got heated over a game, many people have and were bitter days after. If he can say sorry for the threat I don't see why he can't play. I have had worst treats in them game and I didn't see them get ban.

I've worked with Gigx in the past and he was a blast to be around. The Judge kid was known by a select few to be basically scum, now confirmed to all. While part of the game, honestly really terrible thing to do.
The comment that has Gigx banned right now was clearly baited. Who sets up a stream for people to watch after stealing and destroying 1000's of players game time/assets.
If someone did this to you would you just go on your jolly way and keep playing the game? Or would you tell someone you trusted, words to strike fear / revenge after such an ordeal? Really CCP...

Some people did worse and didn't get that much of a punition. Even mittani said stuff that he blamed on being drunk. And his ban was lifted... FREE GIGX !

Unban him and give him a chance to apologize. Perma banned over 1 side comment please. Should have been a temp ban if anything for being out of line. He lost years of work and $1000's of dollars worth of isk by being screwed over. He was upset and probably said some things he didn't mean.
