I currently work for this great man. He is the embodiment of what a leader should be and he did not deserve this. He gave me a chance and I will back him till the end. He is the reason that I have and continue to work as hard as I do for the city. I have had bosses but never a leader the way Tim currently is. He has made me a better person, employee, and friend. We can all learn from this great man and pass on what he has gave us. I thank God everyday for bringing such a great and godly man into my life.

Requesting reinstatement of Tom Chapman. A man can’t be held responsible for grown people decision. You only accountable for your action. Since when I’m America we become guilty for others suspected wrong doing. If we start this behavior in America we are in trouble. Question was he required to be there? Is he a suspect? Did he steal anything? Was a the department heads there? Were they demoted base on employees allege action. I been away for 20 years came back and realize Georgetown is still the same. It’s time that Georgetown come into the 20th century. No where would this behavior be allowed. This is serious and scary. We moving backwards when during slavery you were accountable for other. You’ll better rise up for change. Is other Georgetown official treated in like manner? Who is in supervisory position.

Georgetown, do what's right and reinstate this man of honor, humility and great faith! Unless there are some others who must also be implicated for the actions of others, then leave Timothy Chatman alone. He doesn't bother anyone, and he cares deeply about the community residents. Anytime you need him, he is there; that's regardless of who you are. Walk in dignity, Tim, because unjust does not prosper!

Unfair treatment of a gentleman with proven service and commitment to the city. Hold the perpetrators responsible for THEIR actions.

Georgetown put Tim back to work how can you demote this man when he wasn't there and I guess the power to be has done their investagation along with the Police and have the individuals responsible for the theft. I have known Tim for over 20 years and have dealt with him many years when I was with Pepsi in Florence and Georgetown and you can't fine a finer gentleman and a man that loves the city and county of Georgetown. Georgetown don't let this come back and bite you in the ass. REINSTATE THIS MAN WITH A LETTER OF APOLOGY !!!!!!! A Good Lawyer would have a field day with this!!!!

This gentleman was not even present when this happened. How can you hold him responsible for the actions of other people.

Tim Chatman has been upstanding, honest, good heart, willing to always help those that are need. I know because his life has been before me for over 30 years. Praying that Georgetown will not throw the rock and hide their hands.
