Tim Chatman is a man of integrity. He deserves better.

I don’t understand why Mr. Chatman was demoted. Unfortunately, no leader can control every act of his or her subordinates. It appears that he was harshly punished for their acts. I believe he should have been given a fair opportunity to implement interventions to reduce the possibility of the repetition of the allege act as well as other criminal acts by his subordinates. Perhaps some sort of council should have taken place, but not firing from his director position. I strongly believe that Mr. Chatman should be reinstated as director unless there is some sort of reasonable justification for his demotion outside of his control.

Those that have had anything to do with this are worse than those that allegedly stole!! You can not hold a supervisor responsible for his staff PERSONAL OFF THE JOB actions!!! This reeks of all kinds of injustice and smells like someone has been waiting for an opportunity to take Tim’s position for someone else. Georgetown should be ashamed and outraged!!! What will be next??? Reinstate Tim!! I agree a good attorney would have a field day with this!

Mr. Chatman, is a pillow of his community and through out the entire city of Georgetown, SC. His loyalty and commitment to the city is notice. Mr. Chatman wants his city to be on top of the map. Door open for others to grow to and achieve their goals. Especially the youths. So do unto others as you would them do unto you. Mr. Chatman you are a devoted husband, father and family man. For this God had this situation in his hand and in due season you
will reap good if you faint not.

Mr. Tim Chatman is an upstanding, kind, selfless person, always in the business of caring about and for others. His character exemplifies dignity, honor,respect and love for all people and the community. He displays this in his interactions in the community and treatment of others.
