I think every homeowner or renter should have to pay a recycling fee. This should be an added charge on the water bill. Anyone with running water would see this cost and would be responsible for it whether they participate in recylcling or not. Recylcling saves on the cost of garbage stickers and bags. The cost averages out, so it is careless and lazy to not recyle.

I was literally talking about this yesterday. I hate having to throw all this stuff away when it could easily be recycled and reused!

My apartment complex has no recycling plan for its tenants and does not provide recycling dumpster or bins. It has been immensely difficult for my roommates and I to make arrangements to still recycle despite the lack of support we receive from our Apartment complex. We really would like to see this improve for us and for future tenants.
