This petition is in regards to Andrew14's recent shady and abusive activity at SMFP. Recent events, such as his 5-year anniversary at PG and his ownership of PG's most popular hangout have gone to his head and he has since become abusive and abrasive. Here are the charges against him:
1. Having unwritten rules that say that mods cannot ban or kick certain members, even when they break rules
2. Claiming his mods do not ban or kick often enough and then attacking them when they do
3. Using abusive language with his mods, including several euphemized iterations of the "F-bomb"
4. Neglectful actions toward his mods, including ignoring them and not supporting their decisions
5. Lack of insight as a Founder, including demoting 70% of his staff because they weren't doing "enough", leading to a lack of able mods for the chat and a continuous wave of spam and rude comments
6. Being immature and overly dramatic about minute details
7. Failing to trust his mods moreso than his angry owners. Ever think that Steveman and Gypsy were angry about getting banned and wanted revenge? Oh wait! Those are the members whom you're not allowed to ban.
8. Playing favorites. I don't think I need to explain this one.
9. Having staff who are scared of him. Multiple staff members have commented that they feel afraid to do their jobs
10. Continuously starting wars with other chats and sites
11. Allowing some moderators to spam and be abusive
12. Being inactive. He shows up for maybe a half hour every day and then disappears again, being AFK most of that time
13. Talking negatively about staff in private meetings
In addition, Andrew is also suspected of the following:
1. Pretending to be other users
2. Pretending not to be himself, and watching the chat
3. While doing the above, mistreating members and staff anonymously
Honestly, it goes without saying that this kind of shady behavior is unprofessional and not welcome. By signing this petition, you are agreeing that Andrew needs to stop this shady and abusive behavior. You agree that MarioBlight and MarkeyRuiz97 should be in charge.
