My name is Samantha Gouveia. I was the Justice of the Edward M. Connelly Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International at Gonzaga University School of Law for the 2014-2015 school year.

Currently there is no Alumni Chapter in the Spokane area, which presents a difficulty for P.A.D. alumni looking to meet, reconnect, and network with each other, and with P.A.D. law school chapter members. The members of the Connelly Chapter were especially interested in finding ways to connect with alumni in the future.

I am working to charter a Phi Alpha Delta Spokane Area Alumni Chapter. In order to do so, the charter petition (found below) needs the signatures of at least 10 alumni members who live or work in or around the Spokane area.

We, the undersigned, alumni members of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International residing and/or doing business in or near Spokane, Washington, respectfully petition the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International to grant a charter in the name of Spokane Area Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.

We agree to be bound by the International Constitution and By-Laws of the Fraternity and the rules and regulations of the International Executive Board as they may be promulgated from time to time.
