We need the Wi-Fi we've been financially charged for. No problem if it can't be provided by the school; refund our monies in that case and we can afford to buy ourselves personal modems, Mi-Fis or routers for our educational needs and then there'd be no cause for accusations or arguments. I think my suggestion is a fair deal :)

Please the school administration should consider this petition for us.

The situation has been very unfortunate to say the least. It's almost as if someone just decided to frustrate us, and make us spend more on internet access while on campus. I hope this petition receives the utmost attention of whichever authority is concerned.

I do not get access to thw wifi at all. And when I walk all the way to the balme library thinking I can get reliable access to the WiFi to do my assignment or research or go to Sakai . It never works out..its either it is too slow or does not come at all and I end up spending a lot of money buying data every month

It's rather unfortunate when u pay for services and do not enjoy these services. Yet, students would be billed to pay again for no reason. The next option is to use legal means to address this issue if nothing is done about it. Authorities should be made to explain to students. Thank you
