This country was founded on mining. One can't live 5 minuets with out someone that has mined it. As long as anybody that mines should be able to without being hounded by the gov, as long as we reclaim what we do

No one has the right to deny a free ctizen the right to gainful self employment. If we work hard, be good stewards of our lands and respect others rights then there is no reason for the government to get involved.

while big corporations are allowed to come in and destroy the land for profit us small miners are harassed and prosecuted constantly for trying to make a frugal living from the minerals on our lands without destroying them like the big corporations. This has got to stop!
