We, the undersigned, who are all Members in good standing of the Green Mansions Tennis and Swim Club, Inc., hereby petition the Board of Directors of the aforesaid organization for a Special Meeting of the Members of the Green Mansions Tennis and Swim Club Inc., to be held Sunday, July 6, 2014, at 1 pm at the Mansions Restaurant, 207 Darrowsville Road, Chestertown, New York for the purpose of voting on a proposed Amendment to separate the water system of 66 families from the greater Green Mansions Tennis and Swim Club Inc. and certain other matters of importance to the Membership.
