PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BISON RANCH HOA: The undersigned members representing 10% or more of the Bison Ranch Association hereby petition the board of directors to set the earliest reasonable date (within 45 days) for a special membership meeting for removing Diane Kirkpatrick and John Maurer and electing a new board member in the event the recall is successful. Diane Kirkpatrick has abused her authority on several occasions as president of the association, and the undersigned members no longer have confidence in her leadership. John Maurer has no deeded properties in the Bison Ranch Community
