PETITION FOR A NEW HEALTH CENTRE AND DOCTORS SURGERY IN DOWNLEY AND DISRAELI

We call upon the Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group and the new Buckinghamshire Council to work together to provision a health centre encompassing a doctor’s surgery in the Downley and Disraeli area in order to meet the identified deficiency in the area specified
