Speed Humps would be a great idea on Beach Ave.

The crosswalk at Beach and Oak is ineffective, just today, 9 cars sped past me, ignoring the crosswalk. Beach and Elm used to have a crosswalk m, the sign is still there, but the crosswalk is not; perhaps that would be a good location for a stop sign.
