Brian Woodfin, wife’s money, Kardashian want to be aka Ranger Rover family, 236 copy, Doug gave you mouth to mouth and saved you no love, think your scratch but actually a mid 80s, player, cant gamble, worst false teeth ever

Doug has no personality and no common sense. His management skills are not anywhere close to what is needed to run a golf course like Cider Ride.

I've been a member for more than 10 yrs.Never have I been disappointed more than now.We need someone that cares about it's members.

Premier Conditions, terrible Customer Service. Won't be back anytime soon. The Cits needs to Intervene and make changes.

Last Summer July 2015 I called the Pro Shop at Cider for my practice round, the time was at or about 5:40pm, the guy that answered the phone told me to come on, I told Him I would be coming from Heflin and it would be about 20 min He said no problem come on, I arrived at 6:03 pm, They would not give me a cart, I was told NO carts released after 6 pm.... Wow really I replied, 3 min are you kidding Me that's the rules the guy running the pro shop said. You see Doug thinks He sets the rules and it's his set of rules, what He has failed to realize is He is running a lot of people away and He doesn't care, Cause He's such an ass... A change is needed SOON.

The worst attitude for a shop pro I ever seen & my dad was a golf pro & I'm 52!! I've played their only once this year and it's all cause of him!

I have physical limitations but still enjoy the game of golf. I asked if Cider Ridgevif they have handicap flags and was told no and that if I was handicapped then I needed to go some place else and play. Haven't been back. I thought there was a law about this.

I'm not from Oxford but I do have family from the area. After being taken to play there by my Brother in law and having to deal with your pro I can honestly say he is the rudest most abrasive person I've ever seen in a management position at a golf course in my 25 years of playing. I hope for the sake of the people who play on such a beautiful and well maintained course that they get someone to run it that can make it what it has the potential to be. If the pro is there the next time into town I'll be asking my BIL to take me somewhere else.

Pathetic Treatment of the Customers. They need to look at how other Area Courses treat their Customers esp. Pine Hill. The Mgt. there is some of the Top in the Area. It's a shame to have such a Nicely Manicured Facility at Cider Ridge and Poor Treatment.

Multiple times I have interacted with the management and every time it has been a disaster. Not impressed overall and especially not impressed with how they (especially Doug) treat the kids. Only course on the Youth Dixie PGA tour to charge for the range...classy...I will not even play the course until there is some sort of change.

I've thought about what I was going to say about this intently and didn't want to make an emotional response. I love living in and being from Oxford, AL. I'm proud that we have a place like Cider Ridge to show off to our friends from other cities in the area and friends and relatives that come in from out of town. Sadly it's gotten where none of my friends will go and play with me at Cider Ridge anymore because almost all of them have been treated rudely and disrespectfully by Doug while playing there. I've been told by at least a dozen of my friends from the surrounding area that they "will not go play there as long as he's there". This embarrasses me and it should embarrass the City of Oxford that they let a company run the gem of our city with such an impersonal and indifferent person in charge. Cider Ridge should be something and somewhere we are proud to show off because of the immaculate condition the grounds are in. Unfortunately the attitude in the head office makes us all hesitant to even ask a friend to go there.
