Why remove a feature that the franchise was built on? God forbid we have a little face-to-face interactivity once in awhile. Just because it's possible to play online with random people in far away places these days, doesn't mean we're all going to drop split screen and buy multiple TV's, consoles, and game copies then try to fit all that s**t into our dorms and family rooms just so we can play with others in the immediate area. Cutting out local play is shutting out many long-time fans.

Split screen was how I was introduced to Halo, and has been my #1 favorite multiplayer for years. Please, please include it in the final game

I've grown up with halo in my life since I was 3 and remember watching my dad play it on PC on combat evolved and then halo 2 came out and we began playing split screen together and have done throughout the franchise since then
