It's a shame when the government sees fit to pick on righteous citizens for doing the very thing that the government is supposed to be doing, but is intentionally failing to do, which is a sign of a tyrannical government. A tyrannical government has no business trying to interfere with anyone, in such circumstances, and must know it will eventually be brought to task...

The federal government shouldn't pick and choose when they over ride state law according to how it plays out for a politicians agenda. If they prosecute KC then everyone associated with the marijuana business in Colorado would need to be picked up by the Feds. No difference. Legal by the state, illegal by the Fed. The difference is, KC wouldn't shut up about the vulnerability of our southern border. It got their attention but instead of fixing it they have taken away his right PRETRIAL before being convicted of a crime.

If they prosecute KC then everyone associated with the marijuana business in Colorado would need to be picked up by the Feds. No difference. Legal by the state, illegal by the Fed. The difference is, KC wouldn't shut up about the vulnerability of our southern border. It got their attention but instead of fixing it they have taken away his right PRETRIAL before being convicted of a crime.
