I have met this man and I have nothing but good references from others that actually worked with him on that border. We have more to worry about in this country than your charges on this Patriot. Why is it or how is it possible that you do not prosecute the ones in Washington but want to prosecute an everyday American?

I understand this man paid his debt to society 26 years ago, and, has since that time served and helped his neighbors and his state by protecting the citizens of Texas and their property from illegal aliens and terrorist trespassers. To hold him accountable for 26 year old charges that he has already served time for is double jeopardy and against the Constitution of The United States. Give this man a medal for service to his country and expunge his charges!
