The FEC appears to be promoting illegal campaign actions by foot-dragging its legal investigative responsibilities for the past four years

This complaint is extremely simple to resolve. Either Congressman Guinta has proof of a bank account or not. Why is it taking so long?

How can we trust our politicians when the court system doesn't even prosecute politicians when they are suspected of criminal wrong doings.

This should have been resolved long ago, and it should be a simple matter for the FEC to investigate. Please protect the integrity of campaign financing by looking into this.

All the FEC has to do is demand Mr. Guintas bank record. He cliams the money was in his own account. Just prove it one way or the other once and for all please.

This violation dates from 2010 and has not been resolved. He is now sitting in Congress again, an outrage.

Mr. Guinta has repeatedly asserted he has been cleared of campaign violations, yet the FEC's official response disputes Mr. Guinta's assertions, reporting, instead, it has an ongoing investigation yet to be resolved.

FEC -- Do your job and make a determination. It is not fair to the people of New Hampshire to allow this matter to remain unresolved. If Mr. Guinta has violated campaign finance law, we deserve to know.
