President Obama wants to provide Wi-Fi to all school classrooms to be funded by the FCC's E-rate program. We are currently charged a Universal Service Fund (USF) for each phone which is 15.5% for the monthly service charge. The USF also applies to home phones. This monthly charge provides free cell phones to any individual that has a low income or any person who falsely states their income. The free cell phone service has now been changed to proved Smart Phone technology. If you provide Wi-Fi to classrooms, students may be using the free service to surf the web instead of performing classroom assignments. My intent is to capture as many "likes" as I can and send the result to members of Congress. Hopefully we can stop this madness.
