On April 3rd, 2023, Sunfield Community Association's developer-controlled HOA implemented a new rule banning alcohol from the Amenity Center Pool(s) without consulting residents whom pay for the HOA. This has not been well-received by residents and we would like our voices to be heard.
Thus, we, residents of Sunfield, hereby petition to:
1) Overturn this rule change completely.
or
2) Put this rule change to a simple majority resident-only vote.
*This is a resident-only petition for those age 21 and older. Please do not sign unless you can show proof of residence if needed.

I have been hearing from so many of you who feel the same frustration about the HOA making decisions behind closed doors without asking us. I am spending my afternoons drafting letters to the board members to demand they stop ignoring our community feedback.

My property values are already high enough without the HOA telling me I cant have a drink on my own time. Overturn this now!
We paid our dues just like everyone else. The HOA needs to stop making these rules behind closed doors without asking us first.
They act like we are children. Give us a vote on this rule change asap.
