The residences of Meadows at Double Creek hereby petition the Austin City Council Members to add conditions to the zoning change GRCO for case # C8-2013-0114.0A called "Meadows at Double Creek" block D. The first condition is to prohibit service station fuel sales, car washes, and any other hazardous chemicals (both non-organic and organic) any retailers of alcoholic beverages, explicit sexual material or magazines allowing for an elevation for only one story buildings with a 50 foot buffer for any buildings behind the residences on Desert Willow Loop, Austin,, Texas 78748. Said 50 foot buffer to be covered with tall trees.
