PETITION ( by VoCRA ) AGAINST THE SPLITTING OF VOLTA REGION

Ashanti region is way bigger than the volta,brong-ahafo and the western region. If the intension is to do major developments, then why don't u dive the Ashanti region too. Politics in everything... Looking at it carefully I guess this places r all NDC strong holds. Correct me if I am wrong

I don't support splitting of the Volta region

It's not needed, the government should setup a development fund or Authority to accelerate development.

Why Volta? We have bigger regions in Ghana than Volta. Let's split those ones first.

I disagree splitting the Volta Region

Creation and monitoring of additional districts will do the magic of development instead of regional creation.

We do not want any division in our region. What is needed is policies that will help develop the region and the country then better our lives. Development can speed up in the region without splitting the region into two provided there is the will to speed up development.

The districts are through Act 462 of 1993 mandated to develop their administrative areas so where is that absurd argument of speeding up development through splitting regions come from? Please come again!

Theses politicians feel n think they can destroy our peaceful Volta region just because they do not veg enough votes from there. Let's all arise n put a stop to this rubbish
